Schultz-Creehan is seeking to add a friendly new face to our team! We have an immediate need to fill the position of a full-time Receptionist. The Receptionist is responsible for coordinating every day operations to ensure an efficiently run and organized environment. This involves supporting staff, the CEO, marketing, operations, and special projects as required. The ideal candidate will be professional, flexible, detail-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. He/she will enjoy taking on a broad array of responsibilities within the company while able to multi-task and prioritize. Preferred candidates will have aptitude for creating marketing materials to promote the company’s services including newsletters, pictures, visual displays, etc.
Successful candidates able to demonstrate:
• Collaboration within a team
• Creativity and design ability
• Willingness/desire to familiarize and expand understanding of company services

Other duties include responsibility for lab management areas including materials supply, inventory management, lab organization and oversight of safety policies.
Qualifications – Degree not required. Candidate must have experience in a lab environment, strong fine motor skills, highly detailed oriented, proficient in math, with some computer skills. Machining experience preferred. Micro-machining experience a plus. Candidate must be a US citizen. Current salary information or salary history is required with application.
