Recent hurricane-induced rains brought the New River in West Virginia to a rushing 12,000 cubic feet per second, creating big, beautiful white water rapids – the kind true adventurers face in trepidation and excitement. We set out on our quest to tame the river and to test our mental and physical stamina as individuals, but instinctively knew it would take all of us to succeed. Navigating white water is no less a team sport than navigating the growth and success of a company. Rising and falling with each wave and hole, working furiously against the forces that would overturn us, celebrating every success, preparing immediately for every next challenge…. This is Business. This is White Water Rafting. This is My Team.
