Blacksburg, VA - October 27, 2008. Nanci Hardwick of Schultz-Creehan, LLC, has been selected to serve on the Board of Experts in Valley Business FRONT Magazine. According to the FRONT, “the Board is comprised of experts in many different business/industry ‘fronts’” who have been selected to act as the voices of their businesses from a wide variety of backgrounds.
Nanci Hardwick’s diverse background, numerous achievements, and broad experience in the science and technology community made her the perfect candidate for the Board of Experts. Nanci is a CPA and is currently the CEO of Schultz-Creehan. Before joining Schultz-Creehan, Nanci served as CFO at AVID LLC, an aerospace start-up, where she rapidly grew the company into a successful, emerging business. Nanci’s achievements include being nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year, accepting the award for NCTC Technology Company of the Year, and being named one of the “Top 20 under 40” business leaders in the region by the Blue Ridge Business Journal. A strong community supporter, Nanci currently sits on the executive committee and board of NewVa Corridor Technology Council, United Way of Montgomery, Radford and Floyd, and the United in Caring Fund for the Virginia Tech Tragedy. She is special advisor to the Literacy Volunteers, and is a founding member of the Community Impact Program.
