We have the expertise to model manufacturing processes using tools ranging from a design of experiments for a processing parameter study of multi-variable manufacturing process, to coupled three-dimensional nonlinear finite element analysis of a thermo-mechanical fabrication process.  We have the process modeling capabilities and analytical expertise to diagnose the root cause(s) of manufacturing problems and help our customers solve their most difficult manufacturing process issues.

We also have expertise in designing laboratory-scale experiments and experimental equipment, which mimic large scale process. These lab-scale experiments  save our customers significant machine time, labor, and material cost because no plant resources are utilized.
